Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake


Lower in fat and calories, but the same delicious taste!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1/3 cup canned 100% Pure Pumpkin
  • 1/3 cup warm water (if necessary)
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (Oikos)
  • 1 packet of Stevia in the Raw
  • Cinnamon (to taste)
  • Nutmeg (to taste)
  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein powder

Directions

Put ice in a blender and chop it until it’s very fine.  Add pumpkin, yogurt, protein powder, Stevia and spices.  Blend.  If the mixture doesn’t blend smoothly, add warm water slowly to get the mixture to the consistency of a shake or to your desired consistency.  Pour into a large cup and enjoy!!!
